Tips for Stress: Who Has Control?


Losing control is a formula for stress. When something is happening that is out of your control, there are always things to focus on that you do have control over. Security and lowering stress starts when you have the structure to understand what you’re going to say yes to and what you’re going to say no to, realizing what you have control of, and what you don’t have control of. Listen as Dr. Cloud teaches us that the more you can surrender control (including control of other people), and actively take control of that which you can, the more you will mitigate stress
