The thing to remember about stress is that it’s not all bad, it’s necessary in life. It means that a demand is being put on a system. The first aspect of stress is, are you isolated handling this stress, or, are you handling this stress in relationship? We were not designed to exist unto ourselves – the number one mitigator of stress is the feeling of not being alone. If you want to reduce your stress, be connected to others and encourage one another.
