In the final video of this 4-part series, Dr. Cloud addresses two more boundaries. In the Boundary of Thinking, Dr. Cloud points out that, as leaders, we are responsible for how our team perceives things. Are we leading them to be motivated by faith, or are we allowing negativity? Learn how to weed out negativity by recognizing the three P’s. In the Boundary of Ourselves, Dr. Cloud reminds us that a boundary is our property line. That property line is a fence with a gate that opens and closes. Watch as Dr. Cloud teaches us how to guard ourselves, but still remain open, by letting in the good and keeping out the bad.
