God’s model for leadership in the Church is the Body, it’s all through the New Testament! The first thing your body needs to get from here to there is someone thinking about where are we now, and where do we need to be. We call that a vision. The brain pictures a desired future state that does not yet exist. This is fundamentally the first aspect of leadership, whether as an individual or an organization.
